About Bob Hall
Robert “Bob” Hall was a prolific aircraft designer who contributed to the Gee Bee Z with the Granville Brothers before creating his own aircraft—the Hall Bulldog—in 1932. The Bulldog was designed and built at Bowles Airport in Agawam, Massachusetts, and competed in the Thompson Trophy Race at the Cleveland National Air Races.
This interview provides a rare opportunity to learn about Bob Hall through the words of someone who knew him best—his own son.
