My Awards and Honors

While I still occasionally participate in air shows and competitions, it is just for fun now. Looking back at my years of intense focus on mastering the art of aerobatics, I’m grateful for the experiences and the people I’ve met along the way.

By the Numbers

During my competitive years, I accumulated:

  • 37 Total First Place Finishes
  • 18 Unlimited Category Wins
  • 13 Freestyle First Place Finishes

Career Highlights

I was honored to serve as a member of the US Unlimited Aerobatic Team from 2016 to 2022, representing the United States in international competition. In 2020, I was inducted into the Model Aviation Hall of Fame by the Academy of Model Aeronautics for my contributions to the RC industry.

Beyond competing, I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles across several aviation organizations, including as President of the International Aerobatic Club (IAC) and on the boards of the EAA and NAA.
